Main responsibilities:
- Develop and approve the adequate project management methodologies within the company;
- Train managers and key people upon project management principles, methodologies, best practices in the area of project management;
- In charge will all business development projects in accordance with company\'s strategy - develop, implement, and monitor the projects. Manage the regular projects in the area of processes and systems optimization;
- Project planning – define the scope, create the detailed work plan, define and allocate the resources, develop/revise when needed the schedule for project completion, determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion;
- Implementation - execute the project according to the project plan, develop forms and records to document project activities, monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary, review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards;
- Project controlling - monitor the projects KPIs and inform management regarding variances;
- Project evaluation - evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase and present output to project team and other relevant beneficiaries as to comply with knowledge management request;
- Manage and allocate in the right manner the resources, manage potential conflict of interests;
- Monitors partners, providers, to ensure project guidelines are maintained;
- Be permanently informed about changes and trends in project management and insurance market environment.

Minimum requirements:
- University Degree;
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a project management role with demonstrated skills in strategic; planning, people management, negotiation and conflict resolution;
- Certification in project management (PMP, PMBOK, etc) - nice to have;
- Proven knowledge of project management methodology;
- Strong understanding of financial service sector, experience in insurance industry would be a plus;
- Good knowledge in the use of at least one project management scheduling tool;
- Excellent planning and management skills;
- Developing and monitoring budgets competence;
- Performance management and leadership skills;
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines on multiple projects;
- Very good communication and presentation skills;
- Solution finding, negotiation and decision making skills;
- Comfortable with initiating interactions and manage relations at all levels of the organization;
- Ability to work independently or in a team, ability to motivate people;
- Diplomacy, strong team and customer focus;
- Adherence to corporate governance, compliance rules and sensitivity to data confidentiality and protection;
- Very good English skills, both verbal and written.
