Main activities:
- Define internal acquisition policy;
- Track/ monitor of contract performance supply and invoicing;
- Negotiate purchase contracts and solves issues with suppliers;
- Works across the organization to ensure the purchasing standards are always met;
- Supervise and operate with purchasing systems, assure data integrity and maintain the appropriate documentation;
- Perform contract management (ensure contractual terms are met, including service level respect, ensure contract renewal etc.);
- Deliver savings commitments;
- Prepare required statistics;
- Oversee the acquisition of general supplies for offices and facilities, equipment;
- Seek reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices and build own supplier base (contract based);
- Negotiate prices and contracts;
- Monitors and reports to Accounting status of the invoices which were not received for services rendered by providers (provisions);
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries as well as forecast of the upcoming demand;
- Carry out market analysis to get the best purchasing deals;
- Ensure best overall value in purchasing various goods and services;
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with organization's policies and procedures;
- Evaluate prospective suppliers before signing them up to ensure they meet organization’s needs;
- Attend trade shows and conferences to gather information and get contacts of potential suppliers;
- Maintain and review all records of purchased goods, including their costs, deliveries and inventories;
- Act as an interface between suppliers and employees of the company;
- Negotiate with suppliers and propose measures to improve products and services delivery to company’s branches/departments (cost and time efficiency, minimum staff involved and greater degree of satisfaction of the beneficiaries);
- Coordinate logistics and fleet management activity.  

Requirements for job matching:
- University degree;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Thorough knowledge of purchase/ supply issues;
- Strong knowledge of English language;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong planning and organizing skills;
- Strong analysis skills;
- Result orientation, problem solving; 
- Integrity.
