Main purpose of the job:
- Identify, evaluate, measure and monitor claim activity, ensuring legal integrity and sound business practice in the company's affairs.

Core responsibilities:
- Organizes, coordinates and controls Claim file investigation and evaluation, according to internal rules and to legislation provisions;
- Elaborate specific reports regarding claims activity;
- Elaborate documentation regarding claims as per ASF / other authority's request;
- Working closely with the management with a view to fine-tuning the operational processes and procedures of the company, aiming at finding optimal business solutions;
- Developing and implementing processes/procedures.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:
- Mandatory requirements:
       Seniority: minimum 3 years in general insurance business, minimum 2 years in claims handling P&C;
       Strong knowledge of property insurance;
- Education: University degree;
- Computer skills: good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Understanding of the legal/ regulatory requirements;
- Specific requirements: good communication skills; diplomacy; advanced use of English, sound insurance knowledge;
- Abilities, qualities required: intiative; dynamic; ability to analyze and synthesize; attention to details; fast learner and team spirit; open minded.
